FULL DISCLOSURE...we did NOT do this siding or metal roof. That was an Amish crew I still refer people to for certain jobs. We did front porch, replacement windows, faux stone around the basement etc.
Kitchen before remodel and new door (put in 36" to help with future appliance moving).
Structural repair, kitchen gutted, rewired, replumbed and more.
New ceiling fan coming.
Kitchen remodeled. Added pendant lights and new ceiling fan.

Roof repair. We cut out the old bad sheathing and put down new.
Demo'd the old balcony and enclosed back porch and replaced ith with a new deck. This was a rental and we sold it before I completed the roof over the deck.
Double wide. You walk into the first part of the bathroom where there is a sink. Then the door to the left went to the closet (weird) and another door went to the rest of the bathroom with the toilet and shower.
We took out the partition wall that separated the sink from the toilet/shower room. Boarded over the old closet access inside the bathroom and reframed a closet entrance in the bedroom. No more going into the bathroom to get to the closet!
Rather than spend a lot of money on door frame replacement we were able to save them a ton by cutting out just the bad bottom section, fabricating a new piece with the same profile and replace just that.
Custom bunk bed with stairs and a safety rail up top for a client with not little, but younger, children.
Simple deck with extra support in certain spots to support this man's 800-lb motorcycle.
Standard bunkbed, twin size. Great for small children and hunting cabins.
We removed the drop ceiling, wired up two new outlets for their new ceiling fans and then finished it with drywall. Excellent improvement and new modern look for their sitting room!

Decks and Porches
This was custom built to be two moveable sections per their RV parks requirements.
Removed all the bushes, relocated the fence and built a beautiful covered porch!
We love to salvage the character of the old homes when we can! Here we repaired rather than replaced this covered front porch...also saving the homeowner THOUSANDS!

We replaced the old hollow rotted box posts with pressure treated 6x6's. We then wrapped them with coil stock and installed new vinyl railing...all, no maintenance..no painting, no staining!
We were able to jack up and straighten their sinking concrete steps and then also removed and poured a new sidewalk slab in front of the steps.

Out with the old cast iron sewer line and steel drain lines and in with new modern PVC.
Out with the old leaking copper and bronze and in with new modern pvc :)

Light Backhoe / Trenching
Half the house, and garage, went to this one gutter and kept washing out their driveway. We made a concrete storm drain box, fabricated this grate to cover it and then ran a 6" corrugated line to the drainage ditch down at the road (out in the country). This made a huge difference!

We cut paths through this abandoned field at the homeowners direction. This really helped get more big buck and bear coming through for his hunting camp!
